Please read these terms before submitting a restaurant onboarding application. By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
These Terms and Conditions govern your submission of a restaurant onboarding application to Vurdan Food Court. They do not by themselves create a subscription, merchant, payment-processing, employment, agency, franchise, or partnership agreement. Any approved onboarding will be subject to a separate written commercial agreement.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are authorized to act for the restaurant named in the application, and will provide information that is accurate, current, and not misleading. You must not submit another person's confidential or personal information without permission.
Submission does not guarantee approval, availability at a particular mall or food court, or any launch date. Vurdan may verify application details, request supporting information, place an application under review, or approve or reject it at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
By selecting the consent checkbox and submitting the form, you agree that Vurdan may contact you by email, telephone, or WhatsApp about this application, onboarding, demonstrations, pricing, and related restaurant services. You may ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time.
Vurdan may collect, use, store, and share the submitted information with authorized personnel and service providers as reasonably necessary to review the application, prevent abuse, communicate with you, maintain records, and complete onboarding. Application data is stored separately from operational restaurant data, and a live restaurant record is created only after approval and onboarding.
You retain ownership of restaurant names, logos, menus, images, and other materials you later provide. You grant Vurdan permission to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate the application, prepare onboarding, and operate or demonstrate the agreed services.
Application forms and related services may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, or changed. To the extent permitted by law, Vurdan does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that an application will be reviewed within a particular period.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vurdan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising only from submitting, reviewing, delaying, or declining an onboarding application. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve any dispute through written discussion. If that does not resolve the matter, the courts with competent jurisdiction in Karachi, Pakistan will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
Vurdan may update these terms for future applications by publishing a revised effective date. The version accepted when an application is submitted is recorded with that application. Questions may be sent to hello@vurdan.com.
